Refunds and Returns Policy
At Barber Alchemist, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below for refunds and returns:
Refunds
We offer refunds on eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Returns
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of purchase to initiate the return process. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@barberalchemist.com and send your item to: Barber Alchemist, PO Box 6793, Santa Maria, CA 93456, United States.
Exceptions
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
